DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA

You can permanently delete your Taikan account and all associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.

1. DELETE IN THE APP (FASTEST)

1. Open Taikan and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

Your account and data are removed immediately.

2. REQUEST BY EMAIL

If you can't access the app, email us at support@usetaikan.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. WHAT GETS DELETED

Deleting your account permanently removes your login identity, profile, workout history, uploaded photos and videos, messages, and other personal data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

4. WHAT WE MAY RETAIN

We may retain limited records that we are legally required to keep — for example, payment and invoice records held by your gym or its payment processor for tax and accounting purposes — and anonymized, aggregated data that is not linked to your identity. These are kept only for as long as required by law.
